Location / equipment / facilities
Electron-X have offices and an inspection laboratory in Milton Keynes, close to the M1 motorway
and the A5 trunk road, keeping us within easy reach of both London, East Anglia and the Midlands.
We have several in-house inspection systems, which have been used to inspect a wide range of
products and parts, some examples of which are listed here:
- ABS sensors
- Thermocouples for aircraft air-conditioning systems
- Micro-coax cable connections
- PCBs for BGA inspection
- PCBs for solder quality inspection
- Engine management modules for correct assembly detail
- Fuel pumps for correct valve alignment
- Relays for return-spring location

With these systems we are able to identify artifacts or defects within our customer's product,
which may be as small as 10microns and magnify them so that they are clearly visible on a
computer screen.
