The 160kV X-ray set comprises a state of the art X-ray source, coupled to a high voltage generator and a dedicated controller.
The set can be integrated into any suitably rated enclosure to give microfocus capability.
It can be configured to accept signals from enclosure door interlocks or emergency stop buttons.
In addition, custom sample manipulation and image systems can be provided to give a real-time inspection option.
