The CPXS is a medium sized microfocus x-ray system with remote manual and programmable controls.
The lead-lined cabinet has a hinged access door and a lead-glass viewing window.
The 3-axis sample tray has a high load capacity. A tilt/rotate arm is also supplied for 5-axis capability where required.
The vertical axis microfocus x-ray system is best suited to scanning trays of individual components and PCB's.
Image processing software enables capture and enhancement of the live images.
The X-ray tube and sample manipulator are programmable making the system ideal for high speed batch inspection.
